The Ceremony
Support Team is a highly skilled and specialized group who are in
charge of the ceremonial grounds and props. They
set up all pyrotechnics and props, prepare the grounds and trails,
and act as fire builders, fire tenders, and stage hands, as
necessary. |

How do you recognize a Ceremony
Support Team member?
Look for those who wear the olive green vest. You may have to go deep in the woods to find them
but they are there, preparing the grounds for those who follow. If
you find one wearing a vest that has the Machkachten Amangachpoques
(Fire Rat) patch on the back of their vest then they have earned the
Ceremony Support Team Service Award. To become a member and to
find out how you can earn the Service Award, click on the links on

New Service
Award Patch!!
The first 50 service award patches that we purchased in 2004 have
all been issued to Fire Rats. New patches have been ordered and
were first available at the 2006 Fall Fellowship.
The new patches incorporates a minor change with the removal of the
"459" from the patch. If you have earned one or more of the
service awards and you want to order them you can come to the next
event and talk to the Fire Rat chairman to purchase one. All
requests of course will be checked against
the Service Database for eligibility. |

Hey everyone,
I know it has been a while since the last time I sent out an E-mail
and I apologize for this.
This is a last minute reminder for the Annual Banquet at Belk Scout
Camp on December 7th. It would be great to see as many of ya'll
there as possible. I hear that there will be many new forms of
entertainment and also some pretty good door prizes.
On another note I would like to have a Team meeting at some point
during the month of January. Right now I am thinking about either
Thursday the 13th or Thursday the 20th. Please let me know which one
of these dates will work best, and I will try to select the day with
the least number of conflicts. As for a meeting spot I was thinking
about meeting at a Ci-Ci's pizza place. I am not sure of an exact
location but I will try to find one that is relatively close to the
majority of the Team, if you know of any good locations please let
me know. This meeting will be good for the team because it will give
us a chance to get together and look at the up com year of events.
If anyone has any comments or concerns please let me know. Again I
hope to see everyone at the Annual Banquet.
