help introduce others to the structure of the Order of the Arrow and
its operating procedures.

Participants can
anticipate an event filled weekend with both learning and fun being
intertwined together.
Sessions will focus on the
structure of the lodge and how each Officer, Chairman and Adviser
fits into the structure, the entire inductions process and how that
impacts the lodge and its members, as well as several other
informative courses on the Order.
