Mascot Use Request Form
Mascot Use Rules:
The Mascot can be used by the Catawba Lodge, The Mecklenburg County Council, and the Hornets Nest District at any approved BSA event.
All events must be approved by the Sehwatu Chapter.
Permanent changes tot he Mascot can only be made by the Sehwatu Chapter.
Any temporary changes to the Mascot MUST be pre-approved by the Sehwatu Chapter and cannot cause any damage to the Mascot.
The cost of any repairs required will be the responsibility of the organization using the Mascot at the time of the damage.
The Sehwatu Chapters use of the Mascot will take priority over any other requests, then requests will be honored on a first come first served basis.
The Mascot may on be worn by approved Sehwatu Chapter members.
This request is not considered valid until a confirmation is received from the Sehwatu Chapter.
